We the people of PEC fraternity, resolve to bring back that glorious past from PEC market to CCA, from beautiful TOTs to idiot lovers, from boring classrooms to happening parkings, from placid environment, to Verka booth, from geris of the geri route to paranthas outside GCG, from Jangos to Channos, from Rams to Sitaa..s, from Grovers to Sekhons, from Madari to Hanuman, from brothers to sisters, from NSS to Projection, from Comp Science to Civil, from KAKAs to KAKIs, from V P Singh to R R Singh, from Vindhya to Kurukshetra, from workshops to audi, from Lauki to Kela, from Natty to Dincum, from Jyotsana to heaven, from Shally to Shalli, from Quacks to Love Dactars and to you all. We Salute!!!

Rumor, Humor and above all the truth converge in this space to re-live the times we had in the heaven called PEC. It has been a while since we left the holy ground to make our lives a little worldly wise, but with time we have found that there are these small memories with in us, which at times make us give those mysterious smiles, when we encounter an old brethren in the wild wild world. Those moments my friends will be rejuvinated and mysteries thrown open.

We will ensure that this time we will break the walls of so-called HGH, and steal those stale pages upon which lie the very lies of PEC. Every stone will be turned, every wall will be broken, every territory will be conquered as we recreate 1999 to 2003.

Oops! We forgot to introduce ourselves. Well some amongst you know who we are. We are those silent eyes who saw yet never spoke, who touched but never felt, who witnessed every story out there but never told, who know everyone inside out, who have been there, and done that. Today we feel that the secret of the MATRIX called PEC 2003 has been solved.
